By downloading, installing, or using ResumeAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ResumeAI is an AI-powered resume builder for iOS. The App allows you to create, edit, enhance, and export resumes. Some features require an active subscription.
ResumeAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Monthly plans) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The AI enhancement feature provides suggestions to improve your resume content. These suggestions are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in specific outcomes such as job offers or interviews.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you include in your resumes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
